By accessing and using LicenseChain's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

LicenseChain provides a cloud-based license management platform that allows you to:

• Generate and manage software license keys
• Verify license validity in real-time
• Track license usage and analytics
• Integrate with your applications via API
• Manage customer subscriptions and billing

User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Billing and Payments

Our service is offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payment is due immediately upon invoice
• We may suspend service for non-payment

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use our service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit or procure the sending of spam or unsolicited communications
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• To interfere with or disrupt our service
• To reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• To create competing products or services

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LicenseChain and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not use it for purposes other than providing our service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LicenseChain, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
