LicenseChain aims to ensure your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for subscription fees or payments made through our platform (including payments processed via Pay for third-party sellers).

Subscription and Platform Fees

For fees paid directly to LicenseChain (e.g., dashboard subscription plans):

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
  • We may offer a full or prorated refund at our discretion, depending on usage and circumstances.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable after 14 days or once significant usage has occurred, except as required by law.

Payments for Third-Party Products (Pay)

When you purchase a product or license from a seller through LicenseChain Pay, your payment is processed for that seller. Refund eligibility and process are determined by the seller's own policy. We encourage you to review the seller's terms and contact them or our support team for refund requests related to such purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a LicenseChain subscription or platform charge:

  • Email us at the contact address below with your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions

We may refuse or limit refunds where we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for amounts already paid to third parties (e.g., payouts to sellers) except as we may agree or as required by law.
